Rates
$220 per hour; minimum 2 hours*
$100 flat fee for combined pre and post mediation administrative work
Foreclosure mediations conducted at flat rate of $300 per case
*Cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled mediation may result in a cancellation fee.
No travel fee applies to the following counties: Brevard, Flagler, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole or Volusia.
