Since becoming a full-time mediator in 2007, Ms. Pelot has presided over more than 350 mediations, with settlement values ranging from greater than $10 million to $28.
She has facilitated the resolution of intricate (alleged) fraud issues, complex coverage matters, catastrophic injuries, and death claims; as well as employment litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and foreclosures. In addition, she is proficient in resolving intra-company disputes, and prelitigation conflicts in any of the aforementioned areas.
